Feb 3, 2015 · Make sure you complete all three campaigns on the SAME save file. If you complete a campaign, and then start the next one by clicking "NEW campaign" on the main menu, you will end up with 3 campaign files that has finished 1 campaign each. You need one save that has completed all three campaigns.

I guess this entry was created with my previous installation of Heroes 3, because AppPath here says "C:\GOG Games\Heroes of Might & Magic 3 Complete", whereas Galaxy client installed the game yesterday in D:\GOG Games\HoMM 3 Complete (note the terminal directory's name - it's by default and I think it was changed in v.2.1.0.021).
